The Town of Simsbury has scheduled a Special Board of Selectman meeting at
Eno Hall on Wednesday August 9th at 6 PM.
There will be PUBLIC INPUT and the agenda item is:
Review, Discuss and Possibly Approve a Resolution
concerning the Purchase of Land owned by the Ethel Walker School and Refer same
to the Planning Commission and Board of Finance.
This is a MAJOR, IMPORTANT meeting. Everyone
needs to be there to have a chance to hear and be heard. We
apologize for the extremely short notice.
Our regular 7:00 PM KTW meeting will start at 7:30 at Flamig
Farm to accommodate this meeting. Make sure you plan to attend BOTH Eno Hall
and Flamig. Flamig will be short but it is extremely important to get
the pages notarized and handed in, and regroup for another
week.
Petitioners!! Take advantage of the primary
today. Polling locations are Latimer, Tootin' Hill, Eno and Tariffville. Stay
for a while before or after voting, or stop by to get signatures even if you
can't vote in the primary. We need as many pages filled by Wednesday as
possible.
ALL: Make sure to bring your pages to be
notarized at Wednesday's meeting. If you are a notary, bring your
stamp!
