Greetings!

 

THANK YOU to everyone who attended and/or supported our event Saturday night.

 

We are still tallying, but our preliminary net total is over $58,000.  AWESOME!

 

As a wonderful surprise, at the event on Saturday night, Keep the Woods and the Trust for Public Land each received a citation from the State of Connecticut General Assembly for work in preserving open space and drinking water.  We will get this certificate imaged and send a link for everyone to see.

MEETING:

There will be a meeting this Wednesday at the Maple Tree.  Be there to celebrate and thank the banquet committee (who worked more than overtime!!!!!!!) and volunteers - another huge hurdle and huge success.  

 

We will have the final report and go over the next stage to move this effort forward and out beyond the town.  We have less than a month and a half to get all the money committed.
