The final tally from our Preservation Event:  OVER $60,000!

This total includes a $5,000 matching grant from Farmington River Watershed Association (FRWA) as challenge money specifically for the event.  Our other partner, Farmington Valley Trout Unlimited, has also been collecting monies for this project from its membership.  EWS Trustees and many individuals and businesses donated items.  Thank you!

Check out articles published in the Hartford Courant, the Simsbury Post (front page) and the official press release from the Trust for Public Land.

See photos on our website, and the official State Citation awarded to Keep the Woods.
