Greetings!

Bond Money:  We’re delighted to report that $1 million towards the Town of Simsbury’s purchase of the Ethel Walker Woods of Simsbury is in the recently passed bond package for the State of Connecticut.  This will help significantly with our commitment to Phase II of this project.  Thank you to our legislators from Simsbury and around the State for their support.

We need to ensure this gets on the Bond Commission Agenda and moves toward funding.  We will continue to update you.

Holiday Gifts:  A Holiday Gift commemorating an awesome accomplishment!

The Ethel Walker Woods medallion is available for immediate delivery in the following metals:

SILVER - $50.00; BRONZE -$30.00; Beautiful & suitable for a necklace, key chain . . . .

Call Diane Nash at 860-658-0530 to purchase and arrange delivery, or email dgn5@sbcglobal.net

Please list subject "medallion.”  All checks should be made payable to Diane G. Nash.  White/yellow GOLD available by special order;  price quote given at that time (approx $400).

Treat yourself to a medallion or honor and thank those who gave (time, effort as well as money) to this preservation project.  This medallion also serves as a reminder that our task is not yet complete.  The 90+ acres for Phase II must still be finalized.

No KTW meeting in November.  Instead, attend:
